Join Leah Kelley Photography in Lexington on February 8, 2025 for a full day of styled shoots, good food, and even better community. We'll dive right into three expertly styled scenes with professional models, designer dresses, and immaculate styling filled with antique props. We will break for lunch (provided for you, of course!) before we continue shooting additional scenes and play at the flatlay station. For those interested, the group will be going out for dinner to end the night!
But we do things a little differently around here. Forget your previous experiences with styled shoots...the fighting for a spot, the crowd of girls with cameras. We keep groups small (there are only 12 tickets total available!) so everyone has their moment to shine. Not only are our attendees photographers and small business owners, they're also your future best friends. We pride ourselves on being a community that prefers kindness and encouragement over hustling and competition, so you'll instantly feel safe and at-home.
The Styled Sessions
Vintage Boudoir in the Bathroom
We're aiming for a girl-next-door vibe rather than sexy with this set. We'll have access to a pink tub by a large window, fresh florals, a dressing table for applying makeup, vintage props, and more. We will also create a floral design on the model's back, similar to what is pictured here.

Channel Your Inner Sabrina Carpenter
We're so excited for this one! Photograph a model in curlers with vintage props and styling. There will be one outfit change, and potentially a white Persian kitten.

Romantic Formal Portraits
Big dresses, perfectly styled hair and makeup, florals, antique props and styling will make for the perfect romantic portraits. You will work with a professional model and have freedom to pose her, change out props, and move from room to room.
Where We've Been
What started as a small workshop in 2020 in Ohio quickly branched into workshops in Salt Lake City, New York City, and New Orleans. We're dedicated to providing safe and quality experiences for our attendees, where photographers can take home valuable business tools and gorgeous new images for their portfolios and websites too.

How do I get there?
You are responsible for planning and booking your own travel to Lexington, as well as all transportation to and from the house.
Do you provide lodging?
Unfortunately, no! The house is purely for the styled sessions, and we do not have a lodging option available. However there are many AirBnBs and hotels in the general area to choose from!
